| Mirliton Bread | | | T-Mae Booth | |  | | 2 c. raw peeled mirliton, diced very small 2 eggs beaten 1 c. oil 2 c. white sugar 3 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans 3 c. self-rising flour 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Mix all the above ingredients by hand (dont use electric mixer). The batter will be real thick. Bake in two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans at 325 degrees for one hour or until done. | | |
